Hello Danielle,

Peggy and Deb presented Alana with her wish on Sunday, Alana stood and received it with pride and gratitude, Alana stopped short of making a speech and ran for Dad when she and her sisters were presented with gifts (most of which can be seen floating in the pool in the photos). No-one had been in the pool previously (we only finished filling it at breakfast) and Alana made a most ceremonious and not at all delicate entry at the appropriate time, after that, they were going in like lemmings.

We had a fabulous afternoon, attended by a few of Alana's friends and some family, we are very grateful to Peggy and Deb for their efforts and patience on Sunday and throughout the wish process. We would also like to thank Peggy's sister for the beautiful mermaid quilt. As you will see from the photos, it was a very jolly afternoon indeed.

I would also like to acknowledge the assistance of Soren Morano at Above Ground Pools in Queensland, he was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Anthony and Nigel from Huxtable Pool Installations erected the pool last weekend and became lifelong friends of all three of our girls, I know they are grateful for the assistance the girls provided though I am not sure it helped the project to completion on time. In short they were both brilliant.

On Alana's behalf, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the commitment made by all involved in the granting of Alana's wish. We will all enjoy this wonderful gift for many years to come.

Just a short note to let you know how much I appreciate the customer service which I have received from Trent at your South Australian store in Northfield.

One year ago I had installed a pool which I bought from Trent, right from the start nothing for him was too much trouble, everything was explained to me and now two years later he still goes out of his way to help me. Trent now has Shaun with him and he is just as helpful and only too happy to explain anything to me.

I am exceptionally happy with the pool and with the service I have received. If there is any in house recognition or awards I would strongly recommend Trent and now Shaun.

My name is Joseph and I recently purchased one of your pools.
I thought it would be only fare to write a little letter to show you my appreciation for your great service.

My wife and I had been talking of a getting a pool for a long time and now that we are getting older, we were told by the doctors we need to do more physical exercise. Myself being practical, I went the swimming option. I thought we could use the pool for exercise and at the same time keeping the two of us cool in the process and adding value to our property.

With your 15m lap pool we were able to save a lot of money as a concrete pool was going to cost us over $40 000 dollars and we had it completed at a fraction of the cost. We achieve the look we were looking for thanks to the Majestic Salt model pool and saved money in the process.

We came in to your Tweed store a little over two months ago and saw Soren with the idea of purchasing a pool for our new home and two months later it is in the ground all approved by our local council.

At first we went to another pool sales company and not get any customer service and handed over a deposit and that company had 6 weeks to order our pool before installation and one week before the due date we got a rude call to say they forgot to order the pool, that is why we decided to go with your company and have not looked back since the day we signed the contract with your dedicated salesman Mark. My husband Peter phoned Mark and explained the problem and the following weekend we had a lovely pool installed without any problems or delays. I had my 9m Majestic pool installed one month ago today and I’m writing to let you know how happy I am with my pool and the work carried out by your installers.
I am also happy that I chose the salt water model pool, if it wasn’t for your extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff (Soren) I could have ended up with the wrong pool.
As this is my first pool your sales staff were asking all the right questions and pointing out the differences of each model pool, equipment and size.
Again I am extremely happy with the way business way done.
